The Bouncer unit carries a warranty of 90 days from the date of purchase. The Electric blower unit carries a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.

The eight foot Bounce Zone is designed for no more than three children with a maximum weight allowance of 200 pounds. The ten foot Bounce Zone is designed for no more than four children with a maximum weight of 220 pounds. For maximum safety, all participants should be approximately the same size and age.

Yes! As a saftey precaucion the Bounce Zone bouncer unit must be secured to the ground using the included plastic stakes.

Yes, the product is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. If the bouncer is used indoors it must be anchored to the floor with cinder blocks or other heavy weights placed on top of each tie-down loop. If it used outdoors, it must be secured to the ground using the provided stakes.

The blower is equipped with an automatic shut-off switch to prevent blower from overheating. If this should happen to your blower, do not panic. Make sure that any children stop play at once and exit the bouncer carefully. Then unplug the blower and allow it to cool down for several minutes. After doing this, the blower should again function properly.

Approximately thirty seconds. Do not use the Bounce Zone again until the problem has been diagnosed and remedied.

After wipe down the Bounce Zone with a dry towel after each use. Ensure that it stays dry at all times and clean any accidental spills or wetness immediately. Never use the Bounce Zone in rainy or inclement weather. Never leave the Bouncer unit or the blower unit exposed to inclement weather.
